Canada

If you are considering an extraordinary aesthetic quality, look no further than Canadian coins. Of the eight year series that this Victoria coin was struck, 1882 was the only year that it was struck at the Heaton, England mint. This MS63 condition coin is a gorgeous and very rare example. In the year that red and white were approved as Canada’s official colors, the 1921 Canadian 5-Cent piece was struck, and is considered a beautiful rarity. Known as The King of Canadian coins, the 1921 George V 50 Cent Grade MS65 sold in 2010 for $218,500, up from $115,000 at a 2006 auction. This resulted in a 190% increase in a mere four years.
