A wild error and the first we have encountered where a note as part of a half sheet of 16 received the black ink overprint of the Dallas district seal and all four "11" district indicators. Then the half sheet was put aside and later submitted into the overprinting process once again where it received the black ink overprint of the Atlanta district seal, the four Atlanta "6" district indicators all on top of the earlier printed black ink Dallas design features, and this time it also received the printing of the Atlanta green ink serial numbers and the Treasury Seal.
