It's been several years since we have seen an example of this type in this incredible state of preservation. High grade Light Green Seals such as this are not available in great quantity. This from the Chicago district note is fresh, well embossed and sports a bright lime-green overprint. These scarcer in high grade notes are becoming increasingly challenging to find. Scarce.
